Dear Students,
As the summer holidays begin, I encourage each one of you to make the most of this valuable time. Holidays are not only for rest and recreation but also an opportunity for learning, growth, and self-improvement.
Use these days wisely by developing new skills, reading good books, exploring your hobbies, and spending quality time with your family. Stay physically active, maintain healthy habits, and engage in activities that enhance your creativity and knowledge.
Remember, every day is a chance to learn something new. Whether it is improving your communication skills, practicing a talent, helping others, or gaining new experiences, each effort contributes to your personal development.
Enjoy your holidays, create beautiful memories, and return to school refreshed, confident, and ready to achieve greater success. “Invest in yourself today, and your future will thank you tomorrow.” Wishing you a safe, happy, and productive summer break!
Warm Regards

Learn to Debunk Stress
There is no denying the fact that students face stress in a great quantity. The academic stress weakens them and it invariably makes them lower their potential. It is quite common to be stressful but one must know the ways by which the stress can be fought. Students must know the core of stress and strive to bring an end to it. The time must be managed deftly. There must be proper time table to follow. Students require to divide the task into fragments so that the energy can be channelised in a proper way. The best way to combat stress is to relax oneself. There are certain breathing techniques and to elevate the concentration – power, yoga can be inculcated Stress can be battled if we seek help from other people. If you share your stress or articulate about it, you would find solace. We receive constructive feedback and righteously sound piece of advice when we try and ask for help. We must know how to re- structuralise the unceasing thoughts that become the reason for stress. It is high time on the part of the students to be resilient and to learn how to strategise the ways by which the negativity can be altered into positivity.
Bear in mind to follow the Three R’s: “Restrain, relax and rejuvenate yourself.”

Rise Up, Start Fresh See The Bright Opportunity In Each Day
Everyday is a new beginning with a new opportunity and a chance that comes with new strength and new thoughts.
One should step out of comfort zones to try new things as it provides confidence, develops new skills and helps to become best version of oneself. By reflecting on our learning, we unlock doors to new opportunities, growth and success.
So, wake up each morning with a sense of excitement and positivity and watch how opportunities can transform the life in amazing ways as
“Each sunrise brings a new day filled with new hopes for a new beginning”.
