It is quite common to be stressful but one must know the ways by which the stress can be fought. Students must know the core of stress and strive to bring an end to it. The best way to combat stress is to relax oneself. There are certain breathing techniques and to elevate the concentration – power, yoga can be inculcated Stress can be battled if we seek help from other people. If you share your stress or articulate about it, you would find solace. We receive constructive feedback and righteously sound piece of advice when we try and ask for help. We must know how to re- structuralise the unceasing thoughts that become the reason for stress. It is high time on the part of the students to be resilient and to learn how to strategise the ways by which the negativity can be altered into positivity.
